My absolute favourite band. While said screaming ability is definitely heavy, it will always add to the song, even if it's a sad, quiet song. I love this Band, Every song and album is a different story, while being all mixed together at the same time, their music is top quality and it should be in the first 5. At least in the top 5!

What is some of the best screamo bands of the 2000's? They are so technical, and never fail to impress with their depth of songwriting. PTV's songwriting, though, is easily my favourite; it's emotional but unique and sophisticated. I listen to other screamo bands and I love different ones, but this band is BY FAR the best band I have ever listened to!

All their songs are good, and get stuck in my head ( in a good way ). I don't know a lot of people who do know them, but they fill most of my playlists and are sooo awesome!

I'm a guy and I love the drums ( I play drums and they are great to learn and play to) and the guitars are always great.

Example in the song knives and pens, it's ...more, It would be a shame to compare this group to any other in the list, I believe their sound is special and most of the other groups are very generic but that's only my opinion. I've listened to black veil brides ever since I just turned seven. My favorite band. I also love the string and piano sound Shawn adds to the soundtracks, and the combination of harmony is Simply Perfect. They are such a great positive screamo band.

(posted in 2015), Any body who listens to Ronnies music knows that genres are always easy to blend into each other but songs like rolling stone, champion & Alone; are examples of the vocal and lyrical talent Ronnie was hiding while in escape the fate. I listened to their song The Drug In Me Is You and I got hooked. Also, Screamo isn't a genre.

I found this band last year and LOVED them! They are just AMAZING, there are no words for how amazing and life-changing they are! Andy screams great too. if you ever see this I love you so much thank you for saving my life. 2nd album was bad but wasnt awful.
