I would give the trilogy 5 stars as a whole. I loved this trilogy and the sheer imagination of the author of having someone jumping into books and bringing characters out of them just by reading them aloud. The first book of this trilogy, which I reviewed earlier, was very good and basically stands by itself, but don't start the 2nd book unless you can continue on to the third.
