Παναγιώτης Τριμίντζιος
Before joining ENISA he worked as a researcher at FORTH-ICS in Crete, and at the Centre for Communication Systems Research (CCSR) in the UK, where for a total of more than nine years he participated and technically managed a number research projects funded by the European Commission and national bodies (DTI/|EPSRC) in the areas of network monitoring, honeypots, zero-day worm detection, anonymization, quality of service and traffic engineering. Dr Trimintzios is with ENISA since October 2005, working the section on Relations with Industry, International Organisations and Academia. He is the Editor-in-Chief of ENISA’s flagship magazine “ENISA Quarterly” (www.enisa.europa.eu/eq/), he is responsible for ENISA’s involvement and tracking of standardization activities, and is currently involved in new activities in the area Network and Information Security (NIS) of postgraduate studies curricula design. In the past he also provided the secretariat for Permanent Stakeholders Group (PSG), the advisory group of ENISA that composed of 30 high-level NIS experts.
